I started working here in January as Entry Level Recruiter, and have a had tremendous growth, both professionally and personally. My coworkers, managers, and mentor are AWESOME and create the best collaborative, uplifting environment.

This was my first real job out of college and the growth I achieved is invaluable! Not only was I able to get hand on experience in marketing and sales but I also got to gain experience in recruiting, training and leadership! I went to school for Political Science so I was having a hard time getting employed, this was a perfect entry level role that gave me a ton hands on training and mentorship! I decided to go back to school to pursue my law degree which is why I decided to step away but extremely grateful for everything I learned.

You receive a lot of feedback so if you're not coachable or open it can be taken negatively. I saw a lot of people not be able to take feedback and apply information which was evident with defensive or egotistical employees,
