Owner has taken recent steps to improve many aspects of the business including hiring a COO to oversee the operations in the office. Positive changes are happening at Innovative Solutions and everyone seems to be on board. The people here are amazing.

Unfortunately there is a negative perception of the company on sites like this one. All I can say is that many things I have heard or read are being addressed and the future looks bright at Innovative Solutions.

If calling in sick you would have to explain why you were sick and hear sarcasm even though you rarely call in. Lynn needed to be there more to see how management was doing a poor job with the employees. Very few employees over the age of 50.
