Hard to take time off

Owner has taken recent steps to improve many aspects of the business including hiring a COO to oversee the operations in the office. Positive changes are happening at Innovative Solutions and everyone seems to be on board. The people here are amazing.

Unfortunately there is a negative perception of the company on sites like this one. All I can say is that many things I have heard or read are being addressed and the future looks bright at Innovative Solutions.
