I find Innovative Systems to be a really nice place to work. Everybody is driven to succeed, smart enough to pull it off and they collaborate well to get the best ideas from team members and run with them. People work hard because they care and are professional and there is a good work-life balance. That’s important here and it is a caring company – from the top down. My salary and benefits are good and hybrid working works well. The London office is in a great location and very accessible. I feel very empowered and trusted in my role and I like the fact that they challenge the status quo and look for ways to innovate and do things better. The products get excellent results for customers and the advisory services are really picking up pace before Professional Services get involved. Onboarding is excellent. Lots of interactive and fun sessions to get people up to speed quickly. This is the best I’ve known any company do it. People are supportive of each other and this is one of the great strengths the company has.

Nothing of much significance. It would be nice to get more small meeting rooms in the London office and also update the coffee machine to make a bigger selection of long coffees.
