1. Company CEO is a racist, arrogant and disrespectful person. Constantly uses racist words to refer to people and races & makes fun of them openly. He is the sole decision maker and won’t listen to no one and is extremely stubborn, delusional and unrealistic 2. Under appreciated : Your work will be micromanaged and eventually will be told to take horrendous approaches which eventually fail even though employees are against it. Your time will be wasted taking these approaches and then you will eventually be criticized in front of the team. You loose motivation and the drive to work here as you understand what’s actually going on here 3. Takes advantage: CEO will take complete advantage of you and you will be told to do unrelated tasks.Takes shortcuts to deliver certain task & eventually you will b criticized for not working too hard 4. Money hungry: This guy is a pathetic money hungry man who constantly entices employees that they will get rich. Trust me, he seems a big con artist. You will know 5. Pay: Forget about this B.S, pay is based on 1099 and you will have to pay taxes by yourself. Promises that you will be given full time role and expect you to work harder but never will be fulfilled. 6. This company has no standards, every project is poorly planned by upper management. Totally short staffed. This company is a JOKE! Don’t even think of working here unless you want to be treated like a slave!
