Good ideas and cool products--met some great coworkers.

The president/owner is probably the biggest con--absolutely unprofessional, cannot manage people, disorganized, makes personal attack, never takes responsibility for her mistakes/blames her employees, spends way too much time making people focus on the unnecessary details then blames them for not paying attention to the big picture, basically impossible to work with and just creates chaos where there doesn't need to be any. Oh, and also regularly tantrums so people are constantly anxious and never know when she'll go off on them and fire them. Employees' opinions and ideas don't matter/ aren't taken into consideration if they are different from the president's. So many good workers quit or are fired mostly because of the president. There is no HR department so you basically cannot report anything. Low pay, especially considering the workload and the fact that you're working for "two companies" at the same time (They don't tell you that when you apply) Extreme micromanagement

VERY nice staff. Cool office and products.

Projects start & end arbitrarily. Direction changes by the minute. Work is micro managed badly and misses the biggest picture - making the end product correct & making the deadline. The job filing system and archives are virtually impossible to decipher. The management is running the business into the ground and blames the employees at every turn. Great people are fired at the crazy whims of the president. CANNOT understand how the business is still open.
