Late night client calls makes a bit of issues, usual client calls starts from 8pm for US based clients and ends till 12pm, but these can be communicated with client stake holders who are equally understanding. 2. You need to be workaholic to get awesome hikes. Otherwise decent/good hikes can be drawn with 8 hour job. 3. Its hard to change project given that when you are liked by client. 4. Team shuffling often happens if client asks to which is good and bad in its own ways. 5. Late calls might trouble your work-life balance, but if you are a career oriented person than that wont matter to you.
