Priorities are often shifted day to day and it is hard to keep up with what is important and what is not Work load is unreasonable No clear reporting structure or defined roles and no growth opportunities. No regular 1 on 1s with managers. Unclear who owns responsibility for decisions or tasks, leading to no recognition of job well performed or accountability taken for errors.
