They post a lot of misleading job ads that say things like "PR" "Entry-Level Marketing" and "Entry-Level Management." Don't be fooled, this is 100% a sales job. The reason there aren't a lot of reviews here is because they changed their name. Search "Momentum Marketing Group" to read more reviews. The job is basically in-person telemarketing. You stand in a store (normally Sams or Costco, but I was in a Meijer for a while too) and bug people about whatever product you are supposed to sell. The base pay is $9 an hour, but if your commission is higher you get that instead. They will tell you that this isn't a sales job. You are just "Informing people about the product and letting them make the decision." This is a lie. There are sales quotas they want you to meet, and they will not be happy if you don't make it. Working at this place made me feel like I was in a cult. I had no free time. Frequently, after working 8-10 hour days, I would have to go to some Starbucks 30 minutes from my house and have an hour-long meeting with my mentor, only to do the same thing the next day. They actively tried to keep me from talking to my family, saying "they don't understand what I'm going through the way we do." In the morning meetings, they were constantly clapping and high-fiving and yelling JUICE! (I honestly don't remember what the acronym stood for, but they say it all the time). If you are offered a job and you have any doubts about it, my advice is to get out now. The management and mentors are good salespeople, and they will try everything to get you to stay. They are constantly trying to sell you on how amazing your life is going to be when you get your own office and you're making $80,000 a year. Of course, almost no one makes it there. They are also always putting you down if you have any doubts about the job. They say things like, "People just don't want to work hard enough," and "Every job has problems. If you quit this job, you are just going to find another job and complain about that one too." Basically, they paint you as a slacker and a complainer if you have a problem to guilt you into staying. This didn't stop people from leaving, though. People were rotating in and out all the time. When they call you for your first interview, they say "we are nearing the end of our interview process..." This is a lie. People leave every week, so they are always hiring. I went on their social media before writing this review, and I can't recognize any people in their current pictures besides the mentors, and I only left a few months ago. This has already gone too long, so I'll stop here. If you want to stand in a Sams and push people to buy an overpriced flat iron, then this is the job for you. For me, it felt too immoral, and the only reason I stayed as long as I did was because the management talked me into it.

Paid training, structured training, great people, good opportunity for growth. Honestly an all around great company. Love the owner, I get tons of support and communication from her. And that's everything I wanted in a firm!

There are some new trainers that you can get trained by...and you can tell they're a bit newer, so I like when I'm paired with the veteran ones.

I worked at Innovision dynamics for 2 weeks and I've gotta say, it was pretty bad. When I took the job they had promised they would open up a dayton office in a few weeks. So until then i had to drive to Cincinnati every morning for that amount of time. The job wasnt what I thought it was. They called it "event coordinator" in the ad online so I was under the impression that it would be actual events that I'd be attending, trying to sell product. When they explained what the job really was I was skeptical but I took it as I was desperate for money at the time. I spent the first week studying like I was back in school trying to learn these systems that they required. I worked 8 hours a day for 6 days a week and when I had that day off I had to go into the office to the morning meeting and make bundles of the product. I'm sure this could be a good job for someone not going to college. But if you have the opprotunity, go to college and get a degree. That way you're not in a meijer all day trying to sell people on products they dont need. Or even join the military. Just dont take this job. You'll feel severely underpaid for how much work you're doing.
