Some of the colleagues are very nice but not all. The aunties from procurement, admin and finance can be nagging the whole days and love to spread rumour. OMG cannot believe I was there, really waste my time.

If there is half star, i will give. Worst place to work. Lots of politicking so work performance doesn't matter. Your performance appraisal totally depends on how much your boss likes you. So in spite of working hard for the company, at the end of the day, it's obvious the 'high performers' are the ones who go out with the boss for breakfast, lunch, coffee, smoke break, dinner! The sale commission is also pathetic, way below the market rate. And also clueless top management, resulting in high turnover in sale and product department. Turnover is especially high in new growth areas due to lack of top management vision and support. Zero worklife balance. Be prepared to work beyond reasonable effort for extended periods. Don't waste your time there and wish all best to those who stay there.
