I have been working with Innvonix for the last 5+ years. I joined the company in 2021 as a fresher, and over the years I have grown into a Tech Lead role. The company provided me with a great platform to learn different programming languages, work on various project domains, and continuously improve my technical as well as professional skills. The company also supports employees with certified courses, industry-standard project execution processes, and research opportunities to explore topics of interest. Throughout my journey, I have received continuous support from the management, which helped me grow professionally and take on new opportunities. The company policies are very flexible and employee-friendly. Working hours are flexible, leave policies are supportive, and salaries have always been credited on time without any delays in the last 5 years. Appraisals are also conducted on time. Overall, the company maintains a positive and growth-oriented work environment for employees.

Very toxic work culture with poor leadership and zero regard for employee well-being. Employees are constantly overworked, undervalued, and expected to handle unrealistic expectations without proper support. Management lacks professionalism, communication is extremely poor, and favoritism is clearly visible across teams. There is little to no work-life balance, and raising genuine concerns often leads to being ignored or indirectly targeted. Instead of encouraging growth and collaboration, the environment feels stressful, political, and mentally exhausting. My experience here negatively affected both my professional confidence and personal well-being. Would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a healthy and supportive workplace.
