I have not find any benefits. Pathetic company.

Svantaggi

1. No job security and no projects. 2. Team lead is insecure if you have more talent and always do micromanagement. 3. Team lead providing the wrong report to manager or management, 4. Project Manager is restricting all access, you can not run a single sql query. 5.Laptop they are providing is with very basic configuration which take time to start and perform task and team lead expecting to work as fast as we get released. 6. No more project is available. 7. Layoff is the common thing at inoapps 8. Finance and HR team don't aware about the concept of reimbursement. 9. HR always busy on checking if employee is online or not. 10.HR only have work to decide which festival to celebrate. 11. HR never respond in one email, you have to play Email email. 12. Team lead always underestimate assuming that they have all knowledge. 13.while interviewing team lead explains that they are trying to work on automation but inoapps is far away from automation, no stable environment no CI/CD.

Whether it was during the interview process or through subsequent communications, the level of courtesy and respect extended to me was exceptional. Higher attrition rate at senior level positions. I have seen innovative people working at senior level and seen leaving them in a month because of no projects. Andy (CEO) keep talking about initiatives but nothing at ground. No goodies, No hike, No appraisal, No Job security No expertise in Oracle.
