I had high hopes coming to Inogen. I think the recruiter tried their best to share what the company hopes to become in the future. However the company isn't what it claims to be. Kevin, the CEO, is a very nice man but is removed from how leadership team actually leads. They say one thing to his face and do another thing behind his back. Leaders "force" you to take surveys and because of their pressure employees give good ratings. Alot of employees are hired and a lot of employees are let go really quick. Inogen says it is because of reorganizations but how many reorganizations can one company have in such short periods of time? Sales teams are let go because of performance but it comes about without much warning. Where is the support or guidance from managers to help you be successful?
