Worst Management and Worst Organization - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Inogic

I was working with Inogic for almost 2 years I would like to share some of the disadvantages as these are important for Freshers as well as experienced employees. 1. No job security as your job is completely depended on your seniors rather than your talent.. if your relation with your senior is good then even if you don't have knowledge you will survive in the organisation for so many years.. 2. The company compels you to sign bond for two years and if you want to break the bond you will have to pay some amount like 1.5 lakh or something which is not acceptable.. As soon as you complete 6 months in Inogic you feel like leaving the organisation.. 3. No respect for employees.. you will be treated as salves.. you just have to do the work and you will get paid.. 4. Worst management 5. Too much work pressure 6. They wont have family life after joining Inogic. 7. Toilets : There are almost 40 + boys and 20+ girls employees but Inogic have only 1 toilet for boys and 2 toilets for girls which are not enough.. So freshers think wisely about joining this organisation.. For experience people: Just don't join this organisation.. 8.There are few peoples who are working in the organisation from long time but they are not getting paid enough just because they are not good at showing off or what we can say they don't know buttering techniques.. If you have 4 to 5 years of experience still you will be working under the person who don't have 2 years of experience also.. After all this torture if you are fortunate enough and got selected in other organisations this company won't release you.. they will extend your notice period.. they wont give you your releving letter or experience letter... They will threat you to not join other organisations.. and they have strange policy that you can't join few companies after you get released from Inogic. There are already few companies which works in Dynamics 365 CRM domain and then this policy of not joining other organisations means you left with only one option that change your profession. 9. HR policies are not applicable to senior employees, No matter what they will get their full payment.. 10. Location is not safe for girls at all and they won't provide any cabs facilities to girls infact they want girls to wait in the office till 11 o'clock if work is there.
