Monumentally unsuccessful organization trying to buy its way to profitability by purchasing companies, laying off internal hires, and sunsetting existing products. Has no strategic direction. Toxic work environment and general poor work ethic across organization. Clueless leadership that starts at the top-- CEO and President are neither leaders in management nor thought. Technology stubbornly stuck in the stone age. Communication within and across departments, and from management to employees, nonexistent. Town Halls and all-hands are especially hilarious- no information, no honesty, no soliciting of opinion, no awareness of how precarious of a situation the company is in.

There is limited inbound demand, placing a heavy reliance on outbound efforts without consistent support. Territory distribution and opportunity allocation can feel uneven, which creates additional friction across the team. Leadership direction and long-term strategy are not always clearly communicated, leading to uncertainty and frequent shifts in focus. Management style can lean toward micromanagement rather than empowering experienced reps. That said, the sales team itself is strong—there are many talented professionals who are capable of delivering results. However, their effectiveness is often constrained by structural and strategic challenges. Additionally, the product suite appears to be lagging behind competitors, which can make it more difficult to win and retain business in a competitive market.
