I worked in the Transformation Management Office. My experience with leadership was disappointing. I felt that communication was poor, and feedback was often not constructive or supportive. This made it challenging to feel motivated and valued within the team. Moreover, our leader consistently delegated all the work to the team while taking credit for our accomplishments. This included receiving bonuses and recognition, which were not fairly distributed among those who contributed.
