No matter what, you have to be fake. If you are having a bad day, you are expected to be a lair and tell everyone everything is great. You are supposed to have a smile even if you are dying inside. They love phoniness. They have a policy that no weapons are allowed on the premises, even in your car and they claim to reserve the right to search your car. If one is found in your car, you can be terminated. Try that and see themselves in court. Even law enforcement can't search your car without a warrant. They get really edgy if someone is not a robot and march in lockstep with all of their strict policies. And they wonder why there is turnover.
