Based on my experience, this organisation operates in a way that many would consider extremely exploitative and unsustainable. Forget about pay, targets and deadlines are set at levels that most people would find impossible. The culture is heavily pressure-driven and political, with employee wellbeing appearing to have no priority. Long working hours were the norm, not the exception. It is common for staff to work late nights, weekends, and even during serious personal situations including major family medical emergencies like someone close at the hospital but still you have to work or even if someone died in your family you still have to work. Planned leave, family functions, and even important life events could be overridden at the last minute, you will have to work even if someone from your family is having a wedding or even if it is your own wedding you will still have to work and employees who attempted to set healthy boundaries seemed to face implied consequences and threats of firing. Salaries are frequently delayed. PF is shown as deducted, but it is not deposited in PF account, which is something prospective employees should be aware about. Communication from leadership often felt unclear, one-sided, and lacking transparency, contributing to a sense of insecurity and mistrust. The analyst role offered very limited skill development. Most tasks are repetitive, Excel-heavy, client and developer calls and not particularly useful for building a career foundation. As a result, switching jobs later could become difficult. Even after extremely demanding work—including extended time at client locations for weeks and constant late-night calls—salary increments were minimal and not aligned with workload 2k rupees increment you will get after slogging for a year. Working days of 11–16+ hours were common. Employees were expected to carry their laptops everywhere and remain available even during leave or vacations. Burnout, stress-related health issues, and rapid turnover are frequent observations during my tenure. HR is a joke. Employees here quit first chance they get and people quit very frequently. Bottom line: If someone values salary, fair treatment, professional development, transparent leadership, or basic work–life balance, they may struggle here. I strongly advise prospective candidates to speak to multiple current employees, verify PF records and pay timelines, and assess whether this environment aligns with their expectations before accepting an offer.

I joined as a fresher and this was a great learning experience. The work offered an opportunity for great hands on experience and you get to independently work on projects as analytics lead. Knowledgeable leadership, they guide you throughout the project.
