Low compensation with no increment and bonus due to bad business strategy and direction. Business at Inscope Lab is low, little to no profits made in the last few years. Dependent of a small customer base to survive. No growth opportunity (Lack of promoting well deserving employees, no structured career progression). Little training provided by the company, most of the skills are learnt through on the job experience with no formal training and structure. Company is also not keen to send employees for external courses. Equipment in the organisation is dated and old. The organisation is not keen in investing to get new equipment to upgrade the capabilities of the laboratory. Management is not listening to employee suggestion for equipment upgrade to improve productivity. Top management is not aligned to the working level and there is a mismatch of expectations.
