The teams at Inscribe are terrific to work with. In a role that straddles GTM and Product/Engineering, I've gotten to meet almost every colleague at the company and everyone I've come across is friendly, helpful, and driven. At an early stage company, you want to feel that "we're in this together and we're going to figure it out" attitude and I already witnessed that time after time here at Inscribe. There is a ton of market opportunity for us to continue expanding into supporting more geographies and financial risk workflows, I see a very bright future for the company.

Svantaggi

Inscribe is still small/early stage so a lot of process and systems are being built out (this could be a pro or a con depending on your point of view). Product/Engineering is primarily in Ireland, and Go-to-Market in the US, so you can't exactly walk over to tap somebody on the shoulder to ask a question any time of the day - you have to be very conscious and communicate clearly to make the most of the overlapping USA/EUR working hours.
