Pay is reasonable, but it doesn’t make up for the high turnover driven by persistent internal issues. The CEO is clearly intelligent and genuinely wants the company to embrace accountability and improve communication, but his direction is consistently ignored.

Management is unwilling to adapt to modern technology or involve employee/contracts in efforts to improve efficiency. There is no accountability for exploring or implementing improvement opportunities. Ideas are dismissed outright without meaningful consideration. Legacy equipment remains broken, IT systems are outdated, and any proposed upgrades result only in a demo, a vague “we’ll consider it,” and then complete inaction.
