6yFirst, I want to apologize to my team for bringing this person into our organization. We actually could not get him to stay away from the office after he was fired and were very close to pursuing a restraining order. He was coming into the office and hugging people, and made several women extremely uncomfortable. The experience in letting him go was emblematic of his time here.
I don't want to address specific points in this review- frankly if he hadn't used his real title I would have thought this was a competitor just making stuff up. This individual was struggling in his career, convinced our leadership that it was no fault of his own, and then showed himself to be extremely volatile. When we tried to part ways in the best way possible, he became vindictive and unprofessional.
Nonetheless, on a personal level it's always painful to see someone struggling, and when my company plays a part in that it hurts. I wish this person the best and hope he finds calmer seas for himself.
