The environment of the place is amazing, and the training you get is some of the best I have received ever. If you are willing to ask for help, they are willing to give it to you. Management seems to really care for everyone on a personal level, in my experience. Great potential to make a lot of money...for some.

This job is definitely not for everyone, including myself. If you have a moral compass at all, you probably won't make it. $10 base pay, and an uncapped commission seems great, if you can perform well enough to even make a commission. I have seen people here make $4000 a month and others, like myself, only make base pay. You definitely need to be an assertive "seller" because the people you are speaking with usually want nothing to do with school. This job wasn't for me, but not by any fault of the company or management team.
