Management is not exactly clear on the desired metrics. They will tell you one percentage one day and another the next. They do this to make their own bonuses because the higher. I wish I could give this job a higher rating, but the lack of transparency really puts a damper on things and makes it harder to do the job. Not to mention that over half of the inbound calls are irate people demanding to never be called again, static sound, foreign third party agents transferring unqualified leads. Its like they would rather us transfer unqualified people then weed out the bad calls, as to not waste the licensed agents time. Not to even mention that the hold times to talk to licensed agents are astronomical. You will be waiting for over half an hour on hold each call to transfer people.
