7yWe are not 100% sure of what you are referring to when you use the word ‘political’. If it is our process of internal promotion, then we have an open and rigorous assessment and interview process that we believe filters out the best candidates for a role at that time. Unsuccessful candidates are advised to focus on areas where they were relatively weaker and are given support to bridge those gaps as it will benefit both the individual and the team. We hope you are progressing well in your current role.
