5yThank you for providing your personal feedback. The Management team is sad that you feel that way about some of your experiences here. One of our core values as an organization is honesty which we uphold in all areas. We are continuously growing individually as sales innovators, as are our clients. As client programs grow and change, so may some of the client's expected needs and sales targets. InsideOut makes it a policy to inform our sales teams in advance before any targets change. Unfortunately, sales targets do on occasion go up here at InsideOut, as they do in most sales organizations throughout the world. Your review is very misleading to the public. InsideOut *never* changes a target during or at the end of a month, that never happens, and will never happen. You yourself indicated that targets do change as we work on behalf of our clients, and our clients change direction in regard to the needs of their business objectives from time to time. That being said, InsideOut will never allow a client to dictate our targets during a work month. We will discuss changing needs with our clients and review any necessary changes to targets and issue new commission letters to our team members before the start of the next month or quarter. Your comment regarding InsideOut’s commission payout structure is more than misleading as InsideOut work with our partners, our clients, local industry groups and other company directors to determine a fair and competitive commission structure for our sales representatives. InsideOut has worked very hard to try and keep an upbeat and motivating company over the part year while our staff works remote due to COVID-19 quarantine. This has been difficult on us all. We have done our absolute best and we may have failed in certain areas, but we continue to adapt, improve, and communicate with all team members in town hall Zoom sessions three times a week to ensure we are open, up front, and hearing the needs and concerns of all our staff.
