I have been with Insidesource for several years. Throughout the years, much has changed in terms of management, offices, processes and the company itself. There has never been ownership (executive and management level), a foundational structure, checks and balances, or plan for this company. Leadership positions are given to either inexperienced people or family members. Decisions are all based on favoritism and never logic. The company itself is not and has not been financially stable for a very long time. Executive turn over is also extremely high. All company decisions are made out of desperation and panic from the bottom consistently falling out. Thousands and thousands of dollars are spent on parties while no one get's raises. A few years ago, an agency was hired to help with their online image (so if you are wondering about all those 5 star reviews, now you know). Account Managers are insanely overworked and treated very poorly. It is very hard to grow or succeed here if you are honest, ethical and professional. There is a lot of gossiping for personal gain here. More over, nepotism from the executive team down is huge here. I could go on and on.. Simply put, the culture here is toxic, you will be aggressed, HR is very very green and inexperienced, the managers are not invested in there teams and will talk behind your back, and there is no growth opportunity. Many of us are desperately looking for new employment. If you are thinking about getting involved with this company, I strongly suggest you reconsider.. and run quickly in the opposite direction.
