Thank you for your feedback and for your time as an Account Manager at Insidesource. It’s great to know that you made some life-long connections and enjoyed the hybrid work model and free lunches during your time here. Hiring good people and creating a safe and fun work environment is extremely important to our core beliefs. On the other hand, it’s very disappointing to hear that your experience with workload, compensation, management, and working environment was less than stellar. The workload in our industry can feel a bit like a roller coaster and stressful at times as we adapt to the ever-changing needs of our clients.
