      Good location since it is based in Tempe Take your dog to work day, annual holiday party and that is about it.

      Poor benefits compared to other organizations. Horrible and unethical sales leadership. You tell HR but they really don't investigate because of their personal relationships with the leadership team members.

      We enjoy Bring Your Dog to Work Day and our other events too. Regarding our medical benefits, have a Health Savings Account that Insight contributes to plus an on-site health center in Arizona and many new enhanced features this year like extra coverage for life's incidentals.       I can say that i really have a great manager. I'm on contract work, have been for 8 years. Our manager always lets us know how contracts are going. When the renewal talks are happening and when things get signed. You are kept in the loop. Its comforting and supportive. If a contract isn't renewed our manager is already on the hunt for a new opportunity for work. You feel the Heart and commitment to employees. Our work/life balance is great. Opportunities for training and skills are always available. The pay is good. Life is good.

      I think my only con would be better options for insurance, but overall compared to other friends, our insurance is decent.

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
