      Insight prides themselves on heart, hunger, and harmony and do a great job at the hunger piece. Leadership works hard and expects the same from their employees which shows astonishingly.

      Svantaggi

      Insight only shows heart and harmony for those who they are friends with or make issues. They keep people who are "cancerous" and not team players and do not appreciate everyone else enough. They also pay extremely low and do not offer enough benefits to their employees.

      The values of Hunger, Heart, and Harmony are just written on the walls of Insight, but are also instilled in the teammates and leaders who work there. The culture is also very important to the leaders as well. Thank you for the feedback and for taking the time to write a review.

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
