      -If you're experienced and looking for something flexible with good pay and great work life balance then hand down best company. - I've been working here for 2 years and I haven't gone to office even once, it's been completely remote work since I started.

      Only con I would say is the yearly hike isn't there good and your work life depends on the project and client you work with and then I feel like most of the projects are short lived and mostly individual contributor type not big projects like those that go on in big MNC's like Accenture Wipro, TCS etc.,

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
