      The support team has been excellent from recruiting through HR. Boaz has helped me land two roles through IG and recently connected me to a third. He listens to what I’m looking for and matches me to positions that fit my experience and background. On the HR side, Marisa Vang has been a strong partner. She’s responsive, takes my questions and concerns seriously, and offers practical suggestions. She’s also been a great spokesperson when I’ve needed help raising team or management issues, she a real one for keeping it 100. Overall, both Boaz and Marisa have made the process smooth and positive.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
