9yWe are sorry to hear that anyone has had, or is having, a bad experience with us. Your post raises issues that Insight Global takes very seriously. Since this is an anonymous post, we can’t otherwise contact you, so we did want to address a few specific points so that you know that your concerns are being heard.
First, sexual harassment is expressly prohibited under company policy, and it is a matter we take very seriously. If you feel that you are being harassed, we encourage you to report your concerns to HR immediately so that we may investigate and address the matter. We are committed to providing a safe and professional workplace for all of our employees, and once we learn of such concerns we can address them immediately. To be clear, the company will not retaliate against any employee for making a good faith report about such concerns, and we intend to discuss the general concerns noted below with our office leaders.
Second, we want to emphasize that our female employees are not only valued but, in fact, critical to the success of our company. We believe firmly in the concept of a meritocracy, and we look for the best person for any job without regard to gender or any other protected characteristic. Within this framework, women in our company have been extremely successful and represent approximately one-half of the office sales leadership. Many of our most successful sales people are women, including top performing account managers and national account managers with responsibility for our largest accounts. We believe that what sets apart those that excel is not their appearance but a combination of work ethic, professionalism, and dedication to our clients and contractors.
