      I would say that some of the best reasons for working at Insight Global would include the comradery amongst a group of like-minded and very driven individuals. Everyone pushes eachother to succeed and likes to wwatch eachother succeed. It is an extended family, especially for those who have relocated away from home to a new city.

      The only downside that I can think of is working long days, which honestly should be expected when beginning a new career.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
