Vantaggi
You will meet other people your age. If you like to go out/party/drink a lot, Insight Global is like college 2.0 (happy hours every day, everyone parties on the weekend, sometimes they bring beer into the office). You will also learn how to dress professionally and carry on conversations over the phone and through email.

Insight Global is a joke of a job... it is not a career. You will get all dressed up to go sit in a call center. A monkey could do this job, it's very monotonous. Where should I start... I didn't really realize how many cons there were until I took a different job with an amazing company. First off, they pay you 30k right out of college... that is $14/hour BEFORE taxes. You'll be extremely micromanaged and there is a lot of pressure to hit unrealistic goals, so most people just end up faking their numbers. It really is a popularity club when it comes to promotions/praise/etc. There is ZERO work/life balance... You will have to be in the office by 7:30 every day (earlier some mornings because you will have morning meetings) and you are looked down at if you leave at 5:00.. so count on being there from 7:15-6:00 every day. In line with the zero work/life balance, your first year you will accrue 8 days of PTO to use, but management looks down on you if you actually take them before you are promoted. If you aren't promoted within a year of being there, you'll be fired. Only one person was promoted within my time there (almost 12 months) and I saw several people let go for not "getting promoted quick enough." Turnover is terrible and they do nothing about it... basically you're not valued as an employee. For example, when you give your two-week's notice, they will tell you to leave on the spot (you'll also get fired if they find out you're looking for other jobs). You're just a number here!
