      Insight Global needs to hire more people to support their own growth. They need to strike while the iron is hot and get all the business around them. They are missing out on opportunity due to the sheer volume of business out there. It is easy for current employees to overwork themselves trying to maximize their own opportunity.

      Fast hiring process, responsive contacts, easy to follow process and documentation and the usual optional benefits for a contractual employee and they do have an option for 401k after a 3 months of employment.

      None that I can think of. I have never missed a paycheck from them.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
