      Working for this company is a great way to pad an anemic resume. Education is nice, but most companies do not want to hire without experience. Insight Global is a wonderful way to get that experience.

      There can be gaps between contracts and should a contract be completed early, there can be either a gap or a scramble to keep work constant.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
