they put a lot into you. A ton of training and even fly you to ha for learning opportunities. They recognize hard work here.

some offices can be biased based on personal relationships with management- they tend to give better accounts to those who they like. If you prove to be a grinder it can bite you and you can get only cold accounts. It’s a major cold call grind here.

Can make good money, your coworkers are great

- work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
