The environment of the office is fun and fast and you are never bored. Insight Global also offers excellent training and sales experience as you advance your career. No matter which branch you chose to take in the company you will have a strong support base and management that you can depend upon to help you at any time.

      Insight Global has a lot of turn over which can be difficult when the employees are your good friends. There is also a problem with account managers having no management experience and handling situations poorly.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
