The administrative team here is absolutely amazing; I was impressed just with the onboarding process overall. Truly amazing group of individuals, very welcoming, great benefits, work life balance, diversity, highly organized and flexible. The level of compassion and respect that is provided for the participants is admirable, the peer-to-peer support, growth opportunities and professional development are a few of the wonderful perks at Insight.

Clocking in process can be a bit time consuming

It is a good cause; spending time in the field, you get to help some amazing people and have HR provide some mental health days off. One WFH day, although management seems distrustful and is passive-aggressive about whether or not work is actually being done. HR is supportive.

Unfortunately, the pay is not sustainable in the Bay Area, so there's high turnover. Some micromanaging, which feels demeaning. Mainly, though, it's the pay. They've got to get it straightened out and pay a liveable way, or no one will ever be able to stick around.
