If only that gratitude followed through to the employees. Currently there are only 4 of us, but no one can agree. As soon as there is stress or something isn’t exactly perfect, you can bet someone is going to verbally abused or bullied. In my time here, everyone has put on a nice face, but no one has really cared. Everything is about work, and you are just a machine. There are also zero benefits offered, just show up, work, get paid. I was also promised a raise after a certain amount of time, which never came.
