It is 100% remote, there are a lot of meetings (maybe less now) to help stay on track. Could be difficult to catch your stride if you're not 100% committed to the job and your profession. If you're good and you work hard you'll do well -- if not, your tenure will be short.

I learned so much during my time there and while the industry wasn’t for me, I am so glad for the time I spent at Insivia. In addition to the valuable marketing, branding, and consulting skills I sharpened, I also learned a lot about project management and client management. Given Insivia’s size, there were tons of opportunity for me to get involved in the growth and development of the business on a level that is usually off-limits to anyone under the C suite in a larger org. Andy and the team will give you the room to grow yourself as large as you want, as long as you put in the effort.

Agency life is NOT for everyone—it was definitely not for me. It’s fast-paced, stressful, and demanding. It requires you to manage very challenging and stubborn clientele. But, if that kind of challenge is your thing, there is unlimited possibilities at Insivia.
