Great people to work with and learn from, they went out of their way to accomodate me during some tough times, and their People Team are very helpful and do a great job and organizing events, managers that were always willing to help you grow, and a great PM.

Completely remote means I wasn't able to have actual coffee/water cooler face time with employees once in awhile, but we did a company get together in person every year.

The mission of the product continues to be worth it

-Weak Relationship Building: The CEO's appears disinterest in connecting with customers and employees results in strained relationships and a lack of trust within the organization. When he does engage it appears forced. -He hides behind the leadership team -Does not understand the product or vision resulting in a lack of clear strategic direction for the company.
