Working on 2 projects part time and ask you to bill full time work to rip clients off 3) Zero vision - small fish in a monstrous erp ocean. No more differentiation. Can’t compete with Indian firms on pricing or big 4 on quality. A useless niche that no one requires 4) line managers have zero management expertise. Everyone and their mother is a “director” or above. Titles are meaningless here except to cheat clients on rates 5) Compensation well below industry peers
