Even though we've accomplished quite a bit, we are still a fairly young company. We often have to wear many hats and sometimes have to change direction based on the greater good. Unconsultants need to have comfort in ambiguity at times.

The Inspirant Group wants all their employees to love the work they do. They practice what they preach. Whether you are a full time employee or a consultant, they truly value you. This company is one of the best places I have ever had worked. I cannot say enough about the wonderful leaders. It is truly an "unconsultant" experience.

I started with Inspirant as a contractor and immediately felt at home. Rather than being a bunch of hired guns thrown together for a project, Inspirant makes it a point to pick people who will form a team and works to foster that team atmosphere. It is a group of people with a shared passion working towards a common goal. I jumped at the chance to take a full time position where I can work to further the goal of creating a home for independent contractors.

Svantaggi

It is a small, young, startup. There are still some bugs being worked out but management knows it. They are working towards solidifying and formalizing the company purpose, etc. The fact that they are already proactively looking at this before facing a crisis of identity puts them ahead of most companies their age.
