- A company culture of lies, backstabbing, and people throwing each other under the bus. - Budgets were slashed along with a lot of great employees after the commercial EV tax credits ended (not exclusively an Inspiration issue). - Employees walk on eggshells when dealing with the executive team because they fear public humiliation, beratement, and retaliation. - Putting the cart before the horse and making the entire organization drop everything and scramble to support the few prospects in the pipeline. - The "flavor of the month" mentality.
