- Leadership will lie to you and have an awful culture - INSANE non-compete and always takes legal action with every employee post departure - Leadership acts like they value their people and culture, but they are only focused on selling their company and will cut whomever along the way to make more money

• Most employees are genuinely amazing, kind, supportive, and team-oriented. • Many roles offer great exposure to senior executives like CIOs, CISOs, and CMOs. • If you’re comfortable with lower compensation ranges and a commission structure that can be inconsistent, it can still be a good place to work.

• Based on my experience, the accounting and commission function is one of the most challenging aspects of the organization. It seemed that ongoing inaccuracies in monthly reports were common, and these issues often created confusion and directly affected compensation. • The HR function feels very limited, as the team seems understaffed and lacking the depth of experience needed to support the organization effectively. • Compensation is below industry standards in my experience, and internal growth opportunities are very limited due. • The organization has appeared to shift away from its original culture and values due to growing pains, and it now feels more like a top-down corporate environment with less support for employees.
