      One of the things I appreciate most about working at InspireXT is the highly collaborative and supportive environment. Colleagues are always willing to help, making it a great place to learn and grow. As a fresher straight out of college, I had limited exposure to Supply Chain Management. However, InspireXT provided a well-structured and comprehensive training program for new joiners, which really helped me build a strong foundation and I am happily working in a project now. It's an excellent organization for anyone looking to kickstart their career in this field.
