Mistakes from analysts are not treated the same, some get a pat on the back while others have to attend a full blown investigation. -The bonus included during the offer negotiations is a scam. Either there will be excuses as to why you cannot get it or it will be capped at 60%. Do not rely on it. -There are no prospects for career progression. The salary is maintained very low with very few perks. -Everything is treated like an emergency yet it's not a hospital.
