The management team are very supportive and would encourage employees to be more efficient in what they do.

Just be a bit transparent...

They pay weekly via PayPal. They offer paid training.

This is a very toxic environment to work. They lie about your off days and force people to take overtime. The team leaders are bullies and treat people unfairly. This is overall a very bad place to work. The pay never increases and you do not get paid time off or even compensation for working during the holidays.
